They sent through Egress secure email system .I was not expecting any email from them .so thought may be they sent to me by mistake  instead of embessy  .

Anyways mange to open .seems it's electronic record copy of vaccination  that's why encrypted due to GDPR reasons.

No ,email to the applicant .

Is it normal practice that visa medics send your electronic vaccination record sheet by encrypted email message system ?

Just few more pointers why refused/AP is taking longer .

Ensure your priority date is current .

If you live in past outside of UK for more then 12 month ,then AP can take longer till they receive clearance from that country .

That's right ,what I am familiar from process aspect ,usually they review and plan workload on Monday  .so may be worth waiting if you status get changed by end of Monday .

Emails or online contact wouldn't help in my opinion for immigration case progress .it's process ,priority and capacity thing  .they do some background checks as part of AP and that take different time according to each person background (can be 1 week to 6 month )

So wait patiently .

I had my family visa appointment and one child has total wrong name on ds-230 .I was worried ,no problem happend at security and even at interview I raised with officer and said don't worry ,just make sure the visa we will issue against passport you are submitting today matches with passport  .

Any experience please help . I scheduled interview for f41 ,I am the principle  applicant with 4 additional applicant (my kids n wife)

When I registered on aid.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/schedule ,I only added main applicant details .

Now I am trying to add additional applicants  ,it shows screen with continue and close button .

this travel group has a scheduled appointment .new applicant canot be added to this appointment .if you click "continue" ,system will create all new applicants in seperate group .

if you want to add or modify the members of the group after you have schedule an appointment ,you need to cancel your group appointment ,add or change the members of the group and then reschedule the group appointment .

please note ,depending upon the calender availability ,there is no guarantee that you will be able to select the same date and time as originally scheduled .

my assumption is I am fine with current appointment 

Am I ok with current registration as principle  applicant as all additional applicant has same case number but different A#(which is fine)??

I am ready and don't want to reschedule etc as it's just 8 days away now but equally don't want to waist long day as have to travel from long distance.

We HV interview on F-41 in 2 weeks time ,

Little confusion on sponsor documents .as on few places it written the sponsor document submitted at NVC don't need at interview .few places ,don't required financial document at embessy etc 

Few places bring all originals or certified copies.

Anyone who has Family category interview clarify that what original document required which sponsor already submitted at NVC .

Like driving license ,domicile ,us naturalisation certificate etc 

I would say ,flu shot is same price on visamedics along all pharmacies .

Other vaccines  expensive so get free from your GP if possible .

Only one bit ,sometime they ask for latest tax return :

If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) AND provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in lieu of a Federal Income Tax Return, you must upload this to CEAC or bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Return to the visa interview

Few queries so if anyone can help .

Got email to book F4 immigrant visa interview on 28th Feb so booked .

Earliest medical appointment available was 23 Feb so booked 

The time between medical and interview is not 5 working days(2 working days ) ,should I keep it or risk re-booking interview ?

Secondly -vaccine query 

As i came to UK as adult so few childhood vaccine missing in gp record .asked gp for antibody test but they refused to do .their argument is canot give those vaccine now if they were given to you as child so canot give again.

For my wife ,MMR missing and nurse refused to give while breastfeeding little one.what medical will do ?

Hi ,only one member who has DQ of Aug 2020 recently got interview and  visa .rest family category moving very slow ,when is your DQ date ?

Great news ,still family category is processing cases with Q4 2020 DQ ,quite shame while other categories almost back to pre covid .

Hi Danb,I think now backlog is clearing very fast ,you should get some update ,people in other category (married spouse ) now back to almost  normal .people with DQ of May /June 2021 start getting interview dates in September .

F-1 to F4 very hard to predict as very less cases from London in these family  relative  categories .as embessy now picking the backlog so it will be quick now I hope.

Send email with proof of address and nationality of Belgium  ,they will move your case  within 2 weeks .

Do we know anyone F2,F3,F4  get interview in London in 2021 and when was his/her DQ ,they schedule interview only on the basis of DQ  not PD.

Big backlog so not expecting interview this summer .

In your case ,if govt remove restriction on 21st (less chances ) then things should speed up as case worker can increase .

They need to use technology and start online interviews .
