If congress don't respond than you can use senator as well.
ok thanks, in your experience have they re-used biometrics if it's still within 12-15 months? or should i expect a biometric letter too

how will I know if vermont has received or acted on a request for expedite letter. this is my current timeline
Jan 2021 - concurrent filing i360, i485, i765
May 2021 - receive receiptsMay 2021 - receive 1st Prima Facie
June 15 - sent in expedite request for i765
no biometrics currently - the last time i took biometrics was in February 2020, so I don't know if they're going to apply it here
I need my EAD by end of August, what are my options. Thanks -
Hi everyone, I have a quick question. in Feb 2020 I went for Biometrics related to my i765, but then applied for vawa in Jan 2021 - will those biometrics be applied to my new i485 and i765 since it's within 15 months. Thanks

My employer asked me to another EAD or else they will need to find my replacement while my EAD is valid, i sent same letter to USCIS, i am not sure if that worked or anyways USCIS was planning to approve my EAD.
ok thanks, how long total did you wait for your EAD from application and how long from when you sent letter? did you use senator/ombudsman too? thanks

I hate my luck.
After much hassle USICS approved my EAD/AP. with tracking, it was supposed to be delivered on June 3rd. Mail got forwarded to new address on June 5tth. status changed till June 12th that mail is moving to next facility. I guess they lost my mail. There is no precise information where my mail is right now. I opened a ticket but of no use right now.
Anyone ever forwarded there mails? What i can do now?
What were your methods of expedite I've sent them a letter but I need my card by August and application has been pending 6 months now for a C9

You should contact the USCIS ombudsman and your congressperson as well to inquire on your behalf.
Thank you - my attorney actually just received the letters/notice this week. Thank you!

did you present your congressman a copy of cashed check?
I would say write to vermont and send them a proof of cashed check as well.
Ok I'll write them another letter. I wrote one to inquire on the status of the Notice of receipt

I didn't present my congressman a copy of the cashed check but i've noted it in my facts to them.

just making sure did you check the address on the forms? Did you have the right address?
Did you get any phone notification or email that uscis issues receipt numbers to you?
yeah I have the right address on the forms, even my lawyer has not received her copy. so not sent to two addresses is telling me they haven't sent it
no phone/email notification either. I just don't know what to do at this point.

wow that is insane.
Did you send the check/money order for your i-485? Or you send it with fee waivers?
A friend of mine sent her package on 04/27 and she received her receipts on 05/10.
I sent in with a cheque and I saw that they have cashed the i-485 cheque 2 weeks after I sent the application. So that means the office has it, why they didn't send NOA is a mystery and I've followed up with letters to no avail

hello to all - I filed my VAWA, 485 and 765 to Vermont in January 2021, as of today it has been 135 (almost 6months) days with no notice of receipt received yet.
I have sent a notarized letter of inquiry after about 80 days of waiting and sent in congressional inquiry about a month ago. What are my other options? Is this a normal wait time?
Thanks

thank you, this reduces my anxieties a little bit. because i've also been biometriced twice for the i-485 based on marriage, the latest when i went to renew my EAD in Feb 2020. I was wondering why I hadn't received one in 6 months since application. I hope they've re-used mine.
