  1. My window opened 03 / 05 / 2024. I mailed it via USPS to Phoenix, AZ on the same 03/05/2024 and it was delivered 03/06/2024. We saw check was pending Monday 03/11/2024 and check was cashed (cleared in bank) on 03/12/2024. I have not received any text messages or email. Any idea when one will hear something?

Also, I do not have any online account where I can see my past or current cases, how do you guys do that?

Arrived at the USCIS office in Montgomery, AL a little early since you can never account for traffic. So, it gave us time to get something to eat just off the interstate.
The office doesn't open until 7:30 and it says you can only enter 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment which was at 8AM
Once inside security checked our paperwork and ID's then we went thru the metal detectors.. so; no knives, guns or bombs allowed.
We were then directed to sit in the chairs in front of 4 windows. The gentleman at window 1 (the only one open) was obviously having issues getting the computers to work. We were called to window 1 and were checked in. They only asked for interview paper and both our drivers license and my wife's passport.
A different person came out of side door to speak to us. He said he only needed to talk to my wife and I could wait. She was sked to bring her ID, passport as well as her medical papers and our sons birth certificate.
I thought, oh no, not this kind of interview!
But in less than 5 minutes, she came out and said we could go and she would be getting her green card in about 2 weeks.
She said they only asked her a few basis questions like what is your home address, when did you get married and have you committed any crimes to which she replied "not yet". This got a big laugh from the interviewer and she was asked to reply yes or no. That was it.

    Congratulations to you both.

  4. Question please.

Expedited I-485 in Nov due to humanitarian reasons with evidence and got email after 30 days from local field office saying to expect a notice within 120 days. ..& that if a notice is not gotten, to call national call center.

Biometrics done over 150 days ago. No interview yet.

Has anybody gotten this response to a service request before? what happened after that? Any advice?

your case seems going pretty fast! you got your biometric appointment in 20 days. Did you send your I-693 form in your package? or did you get a I-693 Deficiency Notice?

can't believe that you will have your biometrics taken in a mont since your process started! Those are good news!!

Yup. I am very delighted. Also, I sent my I-693 form with the initial AOS package.

oh ok, I'm adjusting from B-2, my package was delivered on april 7th, no response yet, I checked the mailbox to see if my package was rejected already but nothing, I talked to a live agent and they say the same thing they told you, to wait up to 60 days. My name is not still in their system yet :(. My first package (rejected) was on my mailbox at week #5 of sending. I can't believe I'm in this since Feb. 25th tbh

Hey Alvin, in your initially rejected package for AOS to chicago, were you required to include the letter from USCIS telling you about the rejection in the refiled package? My credit card company declined the transaction (they thought it was a fraud after I repeatedly called them before hand) and I am expecting the whole package to be rejected. Since I am sure it will be rejected, I am thinking of sending everything out again because it takes 4-6 weeks before they attempted to process the payment before.
