    Hello Friends, I submitted my vawa application in 2021 and I have not heard back since then. I used to regularly receive a prima facie document which I use in college to receive financial aid. But USCIS haven't sent a new one since the last one expired in july, 2023. I changed address and informed them but don't know if my records have been updated. is there a way to formally request a prima facie and check if my address got update. Thanks for your time

    Hello house, I applied for VAWA I-360 since 2021. My original I-485 pd is July 20, 2020. I keep receiving PF's every now and then. Since I am about to finish my Bachelor's degree. would it be worth it to have my company file for a H1-b visa, if my vawa is still pending ?

    Hello, I just received the sudden passing of my Dad and need to travel back him. I have my EAD combo card valid for 2 years. My vawa is still pending. Please can someone confirm how long I can be outside of the US for ? Thanks for all your help ?
