    Do we have any other options? The country we reside in will most likely kick us out and I certainly don't want to overstay and get banned. Perhaps I can write the embassy and explain our situation and they might expedite our case?

    We don't have a problem coming back to Turkey if a second interview is required. We just don't want to go another AP because she traveled to another country.

    My wife visa was put in AP as of May 2023. We both currently reside in Turkey but our residence permit will expire in October. As of now, it might be that they will not extend our residence visa and we will have to move to another country while we wait for AP process to complete. MY question is that, can we travel while she is in AP. Would this cause another delay for her if we go to another country. Thanks

    I don't want to be a debbie downer but seems like the AP process for Iranians is taking so long. My wife found a telegram channel with all Iranians who are going through AP and many have been stuck for many years now. Some have even done the Mandumas and have not even gotten a response. This is so maddening for many of us. I am thinking of really focusing my efforts and moving to another country if we don't get a response this year.
