  1. No

they did not processed anything yet

I am about to send w7 app to my wife she has to sign it and then you send the complete federal tax return and the w-7 and certified copy of your wife's passport to the address which is on w7 form

    but my question is :

is gonna take 6-8 weeks to process the return

Does the NVC checks with IRS did they process 1040 form or they just look at the one that i send to them ( I mean it is gonna be same form with same data on it

    visit those links

  2. Question is:

When we pay the I-864 bill and send the I-864 form do they check with IRS database and compare results or is it enough to send completed 1040 form and 1099s and w2 ? ( I got both of them)

I am gonna finish my 1040 form but it is gonna be delayed because of W-7 application

My wife is gonna apply for TIN ( W-7 form) so we can file jointly return for 2007

Now, It is gonna take 6-8 weeks to get the, number and process federal tax return.

Since they can not process return until she get TIN, I guess the IRS system is gonna show that I did not file for 2007 tax year.

  3. They go by your receipt date, not what date you sent it. Nobody even knows what date you sent the petition except you. How would they?

    I was not enough clear

    I sent it on 8-18

The NVC received it on 8-19

But CSC received it on 10-2

Does it mean that, if they are processing july petitions, that means I am october petition

I hope not, because I saw some august filler getting approved

  4. I have a question regarding the douments I have to bring to the interview

in the Appointment letter I got from NVC it's written:

If a sponsor filed an I-846 and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in Ilieu of a Federal Income Tax Return, the applicant must bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Return to the visa interview.

My question is do I have to bring the Income Tax Return to the visa interview if in the checklist it says: " financial evidence was completed and reviewed"???

    Thanks

NO No I am not saying that

I am just reading your post which says the wrote to you , that if you have filled for an extension of tax return you have to bring most recent tax return

I don't know if they write that to anybody or for a specific reason

Anyway just bring them most recent tax return, that is all what they are asking for

    By the away

you should know if you filled for extension or not

  5. What do they mean with for example August filler

one who filled in August or one whose application was received in August after waiting for 1 month to get into system

I sent mine on 8-19 to NSC

CSC received it on 10-2 which is also the date of NOA1

    The receipt date says 10-2

does it mean I am not August filler, but October filler

I hope I am not right

  6. Don't worry

I am from Bosnia which is also one of former communist countries

I di not see anyone who has a problem nbecause of that reason

And as you might know there are around 1 000 000 people from ex Yugoslavia here in USA

they did not have any problem coming here

I have some friends who brought they wifes recently from Bosnia or Croatia not having any problems

It goes faster then some middle east countries ( they are main concern right now, because of terrorist threat)

  7. I am sorry guys if I ma bothering you with this kind of question, but I couldn't find an answer

How do they count 6 months? (actually nobody says anymore 6 months , now they are saying 9-10 months but still I want to know)

Do they count the date they received in mail room(the promised the will honor that day)

or from the date of NOA1?

I sent my I-130 to NSC

    they received it on 8-19

CSC says they received it on 10-2 which is also the date of NOA1 (I-797 show date of receiving is 10-2)

Now how do I count those 6 months

Are they stealing from me 45 days

45 days with this delay could end up i 2 months more waiting

and what do you think about CSC processing times posted on the USCIS web site

It says the ate finishing 7-25 petitions

Does it mean NOA1 date or received date?

  8. Logically ( actually not legally)

    example:

my wife does not speak English, so I open e-mail account for her(yahoo, hotmail, any...)

I write e-mail for her and send it as it was hers e-mail

they do not know who and from where was it sent

there is no signature or anything else

not legal but I guess a lot people did it

  9. I am not at the NVC yet, but want to be prepared

If beneficiary e-mails the NVC, what do you mean with that statement?

does she scan and e-mail the choice of agent form itself or what is it?

You don't need to scan anything and attach anything with the email. Just email NVC. For details, please read the NVC shortcut.

what should she say in e-mail and waht do you mean with NVC shortcut(can not find any info about e-mailing)

    Thank you

  10. The choice of agent will receive the DS-230. Since PART I needs to be signed, you should try to get your wife to fill out the form back home, sign it (not date it) and mail it to you so you can have it ready for when you have to mail it to the NVC. I helped my husband fill it out while we were both on MSN Messenger, he printed it out, signed it and mailed it to me ahead of time.

    Diana

    so did I

    She signed the form

I am also still at the USCIS but also looking for as much documents I can get now , so it doesn't slow my process alot

Diana did you also get the rest of documents( certificates, police etc.)

do you know how long are they valid?
