Did anyone have a situation when your federal wages are below the poverty guideline but you actually made more than the poverty guidelines? Only a part of income was taxed. The other income shows too, but not on the "line for gross income", which I should use for my total income, according to the instructions.

What should I put for my total income? I am filing an ez.. The instructions say "the line for gross income", but if I do that, I won't meet the guidedlines!

Anyone had to deal with this?

I wanted to double check, on 4506-T, which option do we choose for# 6 Transcript requested (return transcript, account transcript, or record of account)? What's this #8 (Form W-2, Form 1099 series, Form 1098, etc") - is that needed?

Last, on the check list for I-1864ez it says "include a copy of each and every Form 1099, Schedule,..." - which one is the schedule?

I would suggest i-130 is 3 - 6 months longer than k3.

I heard the immigrant visa takes about 6 months to look over, but hey, these things change all the time. They got twice the applications from last year, I guess.

Also, where did you send your I-129 packet - to the same service center as the I-130 or how does that work?

I cannot tell you about the I-130 vs. CR-1 timelines, we're still on the fiance(e) stage:)

Check the I-129F instructions to find out about where to file. If it's from Nebraska, I believe it also goes to California.
