Hello! I am new to this site and new to the immigration process! I married my husband in Turkey in July, returned to U.S. in early August and sent my I-130 to TSC on August 7th. I have not heard anything from them and do not see their processing dates for I-130 listed on the website. Are they forwarding their I-130s? And do you know where they are transfering them to? Also--is it possible for my husband to get a tourist visa while we wait for the process to be completed? Please, any advice is welcomed! So stressed out!

Hello! I mailed my I-130 3 weeks ago to the Texas Service Center and have not heard anything. I checked the processing times for TSC but they do not list I-130. Is there something going on with the TSC? Are they not processing I-130s? Do I need to re-send the application somewhere else? So worried!

So what are you saying? That he can get a toursit visa but will be denied upon entry to the U.S.? What do you advise?

Has anyone out there tried to get a tourist visa while waiting for their Turkish spouse to get approval on the K3 visa? Or how about anyone else who has had experience in trying to get a tourist visa while waiting the K3- success anyone? Anyone successful from a country similar to Turkey??

Let me know, just want to be able to see my husband and can't travel back to Turkey for a while....
