  1. @RCCC Hello, I received my green card yesterday I am so happy that is finally over!!!! I would have been so nervous too but thank God everything went well for you too ❤️ I am going to write my story to help other people
  2. @Mobius1 hey, thank you! No I didn’t change the address. Well my attorney gets usually the originals but when they received the 24months ext letter they did not tell me cause the dumb dumb assistant thought that it was only a random copy 🤦‍♀️ like do you even read the notices USCIS sends? I found out cause they sent me the copy and called her and she didn’t even noticed it was an extension of 24 months instead of 18 💩. yeah I have an USCIS account but they did it even updated it when I went to my fingerprint appointment on December 2021 😟 but like you said they don’t always update the account. Also, fun fact when I received the biometric appointment notice my attorney did not receive it. Or at least that’s what I was told. But the notice they sent for the biometric me was the original one and not a copy so maybe, for once, the assistant was right lol. BTW the last time I called there was another assistant picking up the phone so maybe the dumbdumb doesn’t work there anymore hopefully 🎉 🎉
  3. @Scandi Hi, yes I did the first interview for my AOS. I know there are people waiting for years that’s why I wasn’t really worrying until yesterday that I started watching at other ppl timelines. Some through divorce got approved in 7 and 11 months without an interview. Others were called in for an interview but they didn’t wait longer than a year that’s why I was like mmm looks like they made a decision for July 2021 filers already but me 🤔. But now that I’m reading ppl replies I’m getting my hope again 🥹
  4. @Family Hi, thank you for your info! I have an online account which I check everyday 🤣 The money I paid them was only for the I751 filing, let’s say if they send me a RFE or if he comes to the interview with me he will charge more… but they are required to tell me if they receive anything supposedly! His assistant made so many mistakes I don’t even want to bore you with that 🤦‍♀️ And yeah I really need to move actually!
  5. @Rocio0010 I am thinking that maybe they sent me a RFE or an interview notice and I did not receive it since I am out the normal processing time. It is mostly the attorney assistant that I do not trust, so far the last time I called she said they did not receive anything yet but they haven't been very professional so far and yeah if USCIS will ask me for more evidence I will do it myself. I can do it better than them l believe lol and for free 🤣
  6. @Rocio0010 Hi! I just hope nothing got lost in the mail. I called the attorney several times and talked to the assistant and she said they did not receive anything but I do not really trust them. Anyway my local office is San Diego California my fingerprints were also taken here
  7. @OldUser Thank you so much for your info! Yes I can file an enquiry. I have an attorney but I think I will do it myself. I saw posts of people who filed after divorce who got approved in 7 and 11 months 😩 I am planning to move to another state but I do not want to till I have an update cause I know that it will delay the process ever further 😑
  8. Hello everyone, I writing because it has been over a year and my case is still stuck as (case was received). I filed on July 2021 and I have seen a lot lot of July filers that have been approved in April 2022 for the California Service Center. I went to my biometric appointment on December 2021 and no news after that. Is there anyone else that filed in 2021 in California still on the same boat? I am worried because everyone who posted their timelines for California Service Center and filed at my same time was already approved few months ago. Maybe if the I751 is after the divorce it takes a little longer to get a decision? Thank you in advance everyone
  9. Hello everyone, I have applied for ROC on July 2021 so an year ago. I haven't received any update about my case nor any interview has been scheduled. I really want to move to another state by the end of September maximum October. I am aware that if I move to another state my case will be further delay but I can't put my life on hold waiting for this to happen. Has anyone been in this situation and moved when the case was still pending? How long did it delay your cases? Thank you in advance 🙂
  10. @HarryWL exactly! My parents are getting old and I barely see them so I’m not gonna cancel my trip for sure. I my attorney is able to reschedule it if they send it the notice when I’m abroad. BTW in the website we can actually submit a question if our case is out of normal processing time. Mine is but it’s almost time for my trip and I don’t want to make things worse lol
  11. @Sarah&Facundo thank you so much! I’m going on vacation so hopefully they don’t schedule it when I’m abroad! good luck for tomorrow you’ll do great 😀😀😀
  12. Hello @AHXIII Can you tell me how long they gave you between the time you receive the notice and the actual interview date?
  13. @Thunderbolt hi there, if this can help. I receive my I751 notice in July 2021. I went to Italy on vacation in December 2021 and came back beginning of January 2022. When I came back here I showed the flight attendant at Milan airport my passport, expired gc, and i751 ext letter. They knew exactly what the document was. I lended in NY airport and the officer looked at my document, gc, passport, i751 stamped my passport and let me in. He asked me how long I had stayed outside the US. If your wife receives her I751 before traveling she will be fine. She needs her expired gc, her Thai passport and her i751 ext letter. Hope this helped
