Anyway, I agree, if money isn’t an issue, better come fully prepared for any ‘surprises’.

Interesting.
If money was no object, then based on what you wrote I advise OP to get another I-693, because time to approval is more important to me than $500 or so.

No and no. You filed AOS within a year of your overseas medical so you don’t need to complete another one. However, since it has been a long time since you filed, IO might ask you to complete another medical after the interview. It depends on the IO.
