How many of the pregnant ladies have had there glucose test? and how did it go? i have mine this afternoon

My wife took the test a few weeks ago. Her sugar level was too high so she had to take the 3 hour test, but she passed that one. We also found out she is Anemic, so she has to take iron.

I called yesterday (since my case still can't be viewed online). First lady I talked to had no clue what she was talking about. She was asking if the I-130 was approved yet. I told her we didn't need that because we were filing for AOS. She said I was wrong. But I got tired and said that yes it was approved. So she transfered me to a higher up and that lady told me that they were still working on it and they haven't scheduled an interview yet. I asked her why it wasn't showing up online and she said it was technical difficulties and doesn't know when it will be fixed. Its just frustrating me right now.

We started the registry at Babies R Us and we are going to do another one at target. What are the must haves or things people don't think of?

So my wife has to take the three hour glucose tolerance test. Shes not excited. I hope she doesn't have gestational diabetes.

We weren't planning on getting pregnant but it happened a few days after our wedding. I'm getting excited!

I have just received my letter of interview for my AOS after five months of silence (had my NOA 1 at the end of August)

It still does not show up online and was never transferred to my knowledge (I even called about it)

if you are in the same boat, do not despair

something is happening for August fillers

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE A FILIPINA WHEN YOU HAVE ALL THE CHANCE TO MARRY AN AMERICAN LADY AND YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY OF ALL THOSE BIG EXPENSES AND NOT TO WAIT FOR SO LONG TO BE TOGETHER AND THEN EXPERIENCE THE ADJUSTING PERIOD BECAUSE YOU HAVE DIFFERENT CULTURE AND BELIEFS? I ASK THE SAME QUESTIONS TO MY HUSBAND AND THIS WHAT HE SAID " I'VE LEARNED MY LESSONS AFTER THE 2 DIVORCES I HAD" THATS SO SAD BUT IS IT TRUE?.

I didn't choose a Filipina, I chose my wife and that was because I loved her. I didn't go looking for a relationship, let alone one from the Philippines. But true love comes when you least expect it.

We went to infopass today to see why its not showing anything for our AOS on the website. The immigration officer there said he didn't know why, he checked my status and its still there with no transfer or interview date yet. He said it was last updated 12/30 and it looks like its going to happen soon. I asked him how I can check the status and he gave me this tip...

He said to call USCIS at 1-800-375-5283 and get a hold of a live person. He then told me to tell them to make an "SRMT Inquiry" and he said they have to type in the question you have and then USCIS will get back to you either in email or letter. He told me there was a certain amount of days they had to respond to it. Sounds like a good alternative for people who want to ask something about their application but are tired of the people who answer the phones.

eric i think with an infopass u waste ur time right now because they will tell u that u still in the timeline of 6 month...i will make an infopass after 6 month of nothing ...so earliest on the 18th february...

I know im still in the time frame. My issue is that the case isn't even found on the website or their phone system. So I have no idea if its the system, if its getting transferred, etc. I'm sure its fine but maybe I'll get some info. I'm not looking for them to do anything with my case.

Well I'm tired of not being on the website at all. I set up an infopass appointment. Lets see if they can tell me anything.

The guy at the local filipino store warned me about it when my wife was buying it. I didn't believe him...until she started cooking it. Wow! Next time she agreed to cook it outside. Thankfully she rarely cooks it.

It didn't disappear from the website, its never been there from the start. Same with the EAD until I got it.

I also suggest the Jasmine rice. We buy 50 lbs bags for about $30 at the filipino store near here.

sigh...our AOS still isn't even showing up online I don't even know whats going on with it.

I did not meet my wife on an internet dating site. I didn't know anything about filipinas, the good or bad stereotypes associated with them or the Philippines. I wasn't expecting a relationship when I first met her, I just thought she was fun to chat with, but after I visited her I knew she was even more special then I imagined. I did not marry before her so I didn't have an ex-wife. The reason I didn't use a online dating service was because I wasn't even looking for a relationship at the time, let alone one with a filipina (you know what they say, love finds you when you are actively looking for it).

Talkloop is nice and reliable when I used it. I chose it because it gave me call logs to use as evidence
