    If anything an angry break up with a US citizen makes it more likely you will be admitted to the USA.  Yours is the opposite situation we often read about.

    It would take more than a letter or phone call by your girlfriend to USCIS or CBP.   She would need you accuse you of something and file a police report, and the police would need to actively investigate for it to possibly affect you.
     
    EDIT:  I would be more concerned with identity theft if she has all your vital information.  Monitor your personal information to see if you spot anything unusual.
