We applied similar reasons at the nvc stage and got refused twice even with doctors letters and medical evidence
There's no way of knowing if they will approve you
By all means try but don't expect a positive reply which may exacerbate the anxiety even further sorry

Hallelujah !!!!!! Just a quick update on my I-129F application submitted on 19th November 2020. The USCIS has cashed the check today !
Now the waiting game........................

If it makes you feel better, technically you have not been refused for a crime of moral turpitude. Section 212(a)(2) of the INA has two main sections -- crimes of moral turpitude [212(a)(2)(A)(i)(I)] and crimes involving controlled substance violations [212(a)(2)(A)(i)(II)]. Your refusal code is for a contolled substance violation, not a crime of moral turpitude.
