    NOA 1: Nov 25

    NOA 2: July 13

Just curious, on the case status website, it would tell you it's an RFE instead of an approval, right? Mine showed up approved so hoping there's no follow up items to provide. Any Canadian fiance here that are waiting for next steps? Do we have any idea how long from this point,  it will take to get to the consulate for an interview date? My fiance and I are expecting now and I know that won't expedite anything but it would be nice if this process wouldn't take another year and make me regret not just putting a spousal visa through instead.

Anyway, glad we've reached our next step on this journey. Hoping it's smooth sailing from here and less waiting around. Good luck to the rest of you :)

    Congratulations!!

That online form for "case outside normal processing time" is completely broken - probably on purpose - if you take a look at it... you can't choose the form type in the first field and you can't submit it at all because of it.  Disgusting.

I had the same problem and additionally it gave me issues with entering the captcha. However,  these issues were resolved on changing my browser to Mozilla.

Still waiting on noa2, receipt date oct 23. 39% of oct23 still unprocessed. This is so unacceptable, how are they processing december when they haven't even looked at oct cases.

Have you tried reaching the USCIS service centre? You can also file an online inquiry for "case outside processing time"

Inquiries from applicants will drive efforts for timely processing of our cases.

This is beyond frustrating. Nov 10 and still nothing and in the meantime I've seen cases from Nov 20 approved. I don't know if it has something to do with Argentina that needs to do something about it (I read that USCIS requests a background check from the country of the beneficiary) or if something is wrong with our case. Any information that can ease my mind a bit or something? Thanks

Don't think it is related to beneficiary's country. Ours is Nov 2, with no progress yet, so we have filed an inquiry for "case outside processing time" and looking forward to hearing from USCIS.

Have you explored this yet? Inquiries from us- Nov applicants, might drive efforts for timely ( its already been too long) processing of our cases.
