For myself, I find that this is a problem when viewing it on my phone, when I am viewing the website in portrait orientation. When I rotate the phone to landscape, the screen is wide enough that the tabs all display, and all the info is there (including docs). I never have problems viewing the tabs on my desktop browser.
In short, I think the website isn't optimised for narrow browser windows. Try rotating your phone.
You are genius! it worked !
Thank you

Hi allwhen i log in online account i got this.
Between Jan. 5 and Jan. 21, 2021, USCIS issued receipt notices with incorrect information to applicants who submitted Forms N-400, N-565, N-600, N-600K, or N-336 online. The error does not have any impact on the pending application and applicants can disregard that receipt notice. USCIS will mail new, corrected notices in the coming days and post corrected notices to applicants’ USCIS online accoun

If you filed online, check your status. My biometrics appointment was waived on December 30th, but I haven't received the letter through regular mail yet
Thats a great news! Already Im keep checking quite offen.. but no info about it yet..
Btw, when did you file ?

There is absolutely no way to tell when you will receive it. Could be six days or six months. Even obtaining information from other NY filers won’t help since timelines can vary from case to case, even those filed on the same date and assigned to the same local office.
Your only hope is that you have a new address before the actual letter is mailed so you can file for a change of address.
If you filed your case online you should see the notice in your online portal’s documents section when you do get the notification.Just a little things to share about this. According of my client (he is a immigration lawyer) that it takes about 3 weeks for NY filers. From the date you filed. According this i should have it by January 15th 2021
I ll keep you updated about it if its going to be true!

What if someone waited until the document show up in the portal and printed it ? Does it considered as the original mail?
That’s a great question! I was thinking about that too. I think if you have logical reasons to not have it in your hand then it should be fine. (Otherwise What else would be purpose of sending this through portal! Right ?)

Btw any idea for New York, after you filed N400 hiw long it would take to get BIO appointment letter in hand ? (Because we are about to move starting Feb1st we will be in different address so just hoping that i can get the mail in my hand before leave the apartment.
Any thoughts?

Sorry I read that you filed online on the 23rd and received your NOA1 in the mail on the 30th, that is 7 days. Did you receive an email notification from USCIS before the letter was received in the mail? or you just knew that received it from the letter
Im sorry it must be my mistake. As soon as when i filed online, day 3rd i got online NOA 1 then days 7th (which is total 10 days) i got paper NOA 1 in mail. I hope it’s clear.

I filed online the 23rd and i got the mail this last saturday.
5 hours ago, pamala900 said:That was fast! even with the Christmas packages through regular mail. I am assuming you got an email saying they received your application? almost 2 weeks since they received my application via mail and have not heard anything. But through timelines of mail applications, they seem much slower.
I don’t know what you mean but i filed online and received paper acceptance mail after exact 10 days.
