    We too filed AOS 1 month after your filing date (August 2021). Visajourney estimator mentions EAD adjucation between Feb-April.However, no updates yet from USCIS.

    Did you receive any update about the case recently.Kindly let us know.

      You can navigate to similar timelines to see people who have applied similar visas.

      Or can check immigration timelines with filter as Chicago National Office.

      Did you receive EAD yet.

      Going through few blogs, what I understand is we get EAD before AOS interview.Your timeline does not mention that.Hence the question.

      Same here:(.

      No updates from USCIS after biometric and RFE in Oct 2021.Even USCIS call center is automated and cannot be reached until priority date is past.Hope we get it in VIsajourney estimated timeline.I have checked; few people in K1 category AOS who applied in June -Aug 2021  have already received EAD.
