2 things I noticed that I didn't see are the letter from employer and recent years W-2's. I suppose these would be from you and/or your dad. You may want to throw a copy of your passport with the stamps of your travel if this has changed since you sent in your original 129F.

You better make some phone calls because you should already have your interview date if you were approved mid December.

Your papers haven't been entered into the USEM system yet. Wait til a fews days after they receive your file before you call.

Get the I-134 notarized.

My IRS tax forms are atleast 30 + pages long. I just sent the first few pages because I really doubt any one is going care or bother to read all the attachments of nonsense. My bottom line of income is listed on the first page, plus I sent the last 3 years of ITR's. It's up to what you want to send. Half ream of paper to send over would have been a waste of paper in my case.

I got a question regarding the DHL tracking thing loll

How do we track the number we recieved from NVC ....i tried every way possible and it doesnt seems to work

However there a package that been shipped and is now on its way to MTL......Could be ours as its the date they said they would ship it but I'd like to be sure before I get to excited loll

You wont actually know for sure that this is your paperwork in the batch, but I would bet that it is if NVC said they sent it on that day. I would give it a few days after it arrives at the consulate before making any calls.

Good Luck getting through from the US using those numbers. Pay the $18, you will be talking to a live person within 2 minutes. If anyone knows a better way to get through, I'm alll ears. Thanks.

yeah Mox, everything seems to be moving at a fast pace. Now that the June/July influx has ceased, things are better. I wish it was us, but I think the future filers will see a good return on investment for the increase in fees with faster processing. We were just guilty of being associated with that group and had to suffer with them. Glad it's coming to an end.

As long as you are 125% over the poverty guideline, you should be fine. I would hope you have some other type of equity to show where your money goes to at the adjustment of status or whenever the next time you show your financials, I forget which step that comes into play. Good luck to you.

Just called NVC, they sent our case to USEM today. Woohoo. I can't wait. Hope we have an early April interview so we can have our Vegas wedding in April. It is tough in my line of work to get time off after May gets here and the weather gets hotter and drier. I am so happy I am now talking about something that is only 5 weeks away.

I just called NVC and the guy said our case was sent to USEM today. I just checked the DHL website, but it doesn't show any shipments today to Manila, am I doing something wrong when checking or will they ship it tomorrow? DHL only shows 1 package sent today to Riga, Latvia. Thanks if someone knows more than me about tracking the packages.
