was your divorce certificate accepted?

my wife got islamic divorce certificate from kenya but registration date is after our marriage. how did you faced this issue? am having the same problem. any idea is much appreciated.

US embassy muscat,Oman contacted me on 3 May.they said when you are in possesion of all required documents send email to consular to get an appointment date.Waiting for one paper right now and to do medical examination. Will see

I need to know one thing, Will NVC forward case to embassy if embassy has not yet resumed immigration visa or k1 visa. Will it be possible to send case to embassy.

Does NVC send a formal acknowledgment in the mail or email at all? 

No, Nvc will only send you email when your case is in transit or they forwarded to your embassy.

Yes you can call as a beneficiary like me from your country and the remaining is as @JojoandTomas told you CALL NVC +1 (603) 334-0888 best time is early hours like 7:00 & 8:00 or late evening 9:00.

it’s been 23days since our Approval ,we haven’t received our NVC number yet ?

 

yes my NOA2 is 18 march, NVC received my case 12 april they told me when i call Nvc +1 (603) 334-0888 then i call them after 3 days hold on about 18 min, i got my case number. As your case you should wait until 30 days. Call nvc best time is early hours of work or late. 

We called Nvc number yesterday 15th april, hold on about 18 min and got our NVC case number.

NOA2: 18th march 

Nvc received case:12th April

embassy muscat Oman.

Ok thats good but when did they received your case at NVC, mine was received 12 april.

people there cases are in transit today, is because of 13and 14th  are shipping dates of april for 2021 ( NVC to embassy). next will be 27 & 28.goodluck everyone.

Yes, its right NOA2 letter says it but normaly they wait 2-4 weeks for transit, if the embassy is open for k1 visas.

I tried to call NVC today morning, hold on for about 40min and get through. they didn't received my case yet. Who else is here NOA2 was 18th march or near that and got case number

Welcome, As i see NOA2 date your case is going too fast and you are lucky enough because most of us filed our case April,may,june,july,Aug.
