    Hi , my wife have interview after a week so my sister sponsor her as a joint sponsor, in form i 864 she put 4 in house hold because her self , he daughter ( 12 years old ) , her husband , and my wife . so my question does her husband or her daughter have to fill form i 864 A ? her husband never come to america and he live out side .

    I have appointment for my daughter in us embassy next week , they need proof of residency so i have letter from my employer and social security record , i didnt find my w2 but i have form 1040 tax return is that going to be ok or i have to bring them my w2 ?

    I was out of the country and now i applied for her and we have appointment for her end of this month

    I applied for my wife i130 and got approved and her paper approved in nvc , i have my daughter she is 9 month old so i didnt put her in i130 because i thought i will apply for her us passport direct in US embassy ( iam a us citizen ) I still didnt apply for my daughter is that gonna make a problem for me if my wife get her interview in embassy? Am planning to apply for my daughter asap

    No i have sent my missing document on 28 April for my second time ( RFE ) and got DQ just today
