I was speaking to a few extended family members who have insight on USCIS and political members.

I am told USCIS is exploring  closing the NYC office starting on December 28th for a period of 60 days.

With the record COVID cases. Are nyc offices expected to close shortly ?

Do you think COVID vaccine is a new mandatory item for applicants?  I hope to be front in line due to my medical background. I do plastic surgery but transferring my license to the states.

I received my interview date as well for Jan 2021.  I am a dec 2019 nyc filer!

I did not sent the notice slip but a copy of I-797 and copy of card.

EAD under C9 has automatic renewal once you get NOA1 after submission. No need to worry.
