I called USCIS. She told me the " Received Date" is the date that I need to know. Because the notice date is only when the I-797 (NOA1) was sent. And I have Received 4 of those.

My sent date is May 21, 2007

Received Date is May 25, 2007

NOA1 dates 7-9-07, 7-9-07, 7-25-07, 7-26-07 (late because of computer problem in May.)

I hope you are right because my package was received by NSC on April 25th but because of the transfer to CSC the notice date wasn't until 21st May. It would be nice to think that they processed packages in the order of receipt and that I hadn't lost a month because of internal transfer procedures.

My Check was cashed on May 29.

My fiancee and I do fight sometimes because of the long distance and long wait.

we remind each other that our love is strong enough to survive this. And it will only make us stonger and cherish each other even more when we are together.
