no news here ,, no touches on my aos since biometrics ,, please guys if there is anybody who still did not get any touch on his aos since biometrics kee us posting ,, at lease we will now that we r not alone ,,,,, this forum sounds so so so quiet lately cause evrybody got his green card or ead or interview letteer already ,,,,,, good luck for the rest of us who r still waiting

We have had no touches on our AOS since the RFE.

I called USCIS. The "Customer Service Rep" knows NOTHING. She said t hey do not have an office in Jackson, MS.

Funny! That is where we did our Biometrics.

We are still waiting patiently, together, with EAD.

YanJeff, what was your RFE for? I also got a RFE, and it's related to our tax returns... I filed in late August and the RFE just earlier this week. Obviously still waiting... did you check your status online?

They wanted my tax returns. Which I sent when we filed in the first place.

I will check online again today.

Which I sent with the I-485 when we filed.

The same thing happened to us, just takes time for them to enter the information in their system. Don't worry, it is ok.

Well we did Biometrics this morning, nice and quick and really pleasant people.

Still can't see my case online though, it says the case number doesn't exist. Anyone know how to have it added? And also, how do we see if the case gets transferred to CSC?

What you're trying to say may filer's thread is "slipping under" Then we'll just have to pick up in the AOS thread. I guess that's a natural process.

I haven't seen Mirla or Byron in quite some time now..I haven't sorted throught the VSC thread and maybe that's where they're posting? Not sure. Guess I need to start looking at the AOS thread..never even thought to look for one since I'm usually on here while working and just look around and post when I get a break or it's slow

By my calculations,we are looking at an early April interview.

Consulate in Guangzhou received our P3 Feb. 4, 2008

Now we wait for interview date.

ok, I guess this is a funny question. Because I read some people's comments on K1- timeline, which says the packet 3 was mailed to Guangzhou ahead of the P3 arrival. Not sure if that's an option, my case is already sent to Guangzhou, is that ok to mail in the packet 3 forms since I can simply download those forms on line?

We sent ours before she received her P3.

After reading on VJ and http://candleforlove.com that after you call DOS and they tell you that GUZ has mailed P3 to you. Then you are safe to send the downloaded forms.

Once I called DOS and the woman told me this is ok.

BE SURE THE DOWNLOADED FORMS ARE NOT EXPIRED.

We are a little nervous. But I have not heard of any problems with this.

In a couple of weeks I hope we can report that all is good!

I called DOS today!

They opened our file

JAN. 16, 2008

I have called that number before.

The lady was not very friendly. And told me to call back next year!

Now, I know it will be next year>

But her tone was awful.

So I have found DOS to be more useful. But still not always friendly.

Glad to find other people to talk to waiting like me, yes she just got her P-3 yesterday, how do you put the timeline at the bottom of your posts? good luck to everyone waiting I called NVC once about 2 weeks ago and yes she was not very nice. Was told to wait another 2 months, glad it did not take that long.

It is rough seeing people from other countries that were approved after me already passed interviews, but it will be worth the wait.

Go to "My Controls" then "Edit Signature" on the left side of the page. This is where you can put your timeline.

I am very glad to see May filers getting P3 from Guangzhou! Can see almost see a light at the e nd of the tunnel.
