So I did some digging, and it does appear they are bogged down with November and even still some October files as of today.

It looks like they tend to process most of them over two or so days each week, though there has been little movement with the holiday weeks.

4th of December 78 were processed with receipt dates of mostly 28th of October
11th of December 38 were processed with receipt dates of mostly 29th of October
17-18 of December 219 were processed with receipt dates of mostly 13th & 16th of November

After these dates there is quite a drop off with low single digit daily NOA1's spanning mostly 13th, 16th, and 30th November each day until 30th December where I'm seeing nine NOA1's from 13th of November, then back to low single digits until today where I'm seeing another 10 NOA's from October 29th and 30th. Some (very few) applications are seeing returns in as little as 1-2 weeks though, but as a general rule all of these have been processed outside of the bulk days I'm seeing.

The October dates from today day are slightly unnerving, but confirms what we are seeing reported from members on this forum as well as input on other websites that folks with late October deliveries.

Please allow me the courtesy of pointing out some shortcuts that you can use to better attain information and being a good citizen of this community. We all have gone through a learning curve such that you are.

First, here's some tricks to use when answering and wanting to quote someone.

First, when you use the quote button, go into a LONG post that you are quoting and if there isn't a need to have the entire post, just delete a small portion of it, but leaving enough of the original post so we can understand what you are replying to.

Second, you can use the "@" sign in a blank reply box then begin typing the person's nick to bring up a list with their name and select their name. If it is done right, you should see a blue box around their nick like this @Greenbaum. When you use the @ sign you would use it in a blank reply and not a "+" reply.

Third is just to use the "heart" icon and select "thanks". Don't really need to say thanks in a quote. (using your example, you were making a comment and a thank you so the way you presented yourself is fine.

Next, we need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

    Country and Visa Type: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RyJiLo_7WTmqvkzXXqLuOlVHm9oyhAES/view?usp=sharing

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

And finally, Normal processing of the issuance for a NOA1 is about 4-6 weeks. You are earlier in your expectations. A couple of key factors to look for is 1) has your tracking indicated the package was received? 2) Has your form of payment been executed? Having those two completed then you are close to receiving your NOA1.  USCIS is notorious about not sending an email notification even with a G-1145. Most don't receive an email but it's not typical not to receive a NOA1 or NOA2 by snail mail so keep an eye out for those. If you are beyond six weeks you should call USCIS customer service.  Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

    Thanks

    Hi All,

I have submitted my K-1 visa application (I-129F) to USCIS PO Box in Dallas, Texas on October 31th. USPS tracking system shows the package is received and signed. However, by now (Nov 22th) I have not heard anything from USCIS. The G-1145 form is filled and attached along with the entire package, but I didn't receive any text or email at all. The filing fee is not cashed out either. I have emailed to lockboxsupport (lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov) regarding this issue, but I only received automatic response email from them which is not helping.

I just saw this youtube saying K-1 visa is not processing due to pandemic. I am wondering if anyone is having the same issue like me.
