  4. Not sure if theres is already a thread for those waiting interview schedule specifically in US Embassy Manila PH for their parents. If there is one please direct me. I am petitioning for my mother and already Documentarily Qualified. Now waiting for the interview schedule. Just trying to see other peoples timeline waiting schedule in US Embassy PH for reference. Below is my timeline after I130 was approved: 04/30/24 Checked the document tab, the Approval is attached. 05/01/24 Received email notification that case is Approved and that they mailed the notice. 05/04/24 Received email notification that they sent the case to Department of State for visa processing 05/06/24 Received welcome email from NVC with the case number and invoice ID number 05/07/24 Submitted payment for AOS and Form DS260 05/09/24 Submitted AOS Docs 05/11/24 Submiited DS 260 Form 05/14/24 Submitted Civil Docs 05/17/24 Received RFE 05/28/24 Responded to RFE 06/04/24 Received NVC notice for Documentarily Qualified

I-130 For Parent Consular Processing: Texas Service Center 03/05/23 Submitted I130 online 03/05/23 Received notice that they received my form and that they mailed me a receipt letter. 04/20/23 Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS 04/18/24 Received RFE Notification 04/28/24 Submitted Response to RFE. received same day notfication that they received it. 04/30/24 Status changed to We are actively Reviewing, and when i checked the document tab, the Approval is attached. 05/01/24 Received email notification that case is Approved and that they mailed the notice. 05/04/24 Received email notification that they sent the case to Department of State for visa processing 05/06/24 Received welcome email from NVC with the case number and invoice ID number 05/07/24 Submitted payment for AOS and Form DS260 05/09/24 Submitted AOS Docs 05/11/24 Submiited DS 260 Form 05/14/24 Submitted Civil Docs 05/17/24 Received a notice from NVC that the Birth Certificate was rejected because it is difficult to read 05/28/24 Responded to the notice with a new copy of Birth Cert 06/04/24 Received NVC notice for Documentarily Qualified. Now waiting for interview notice and medical.
  7. I submitted all the required AOS and Civil Docs to NVC for the petition of my mother who is in the PH. Everything got accepted except for my mother’s birth certificate. This is the message from NVC: Part of this document is missing or is difficult to read. Please replace this with a scan that shows the complete text of the document. Please visit https://nvc.state.gov/scan for further guidance.” To be honest, I myself had a hard time reading it, it was handwritten in cursive (obviously from 1950s ) its really inelligible and hard to read and looks like a small part of bottom part of the document was missing or no longer visible but its already the best possible image as noted by PSA- the issuing authority. Now, i dont know how to proceed with this. Are there anyone here OR anyone from PH that experience the same thing with NVC. Please help me with some guidance.
