Hi VJ guys,
My wife interview was on July 2,2008. She got the white silp. She say the case is being forwarding back to the USA. The VO ask this question: How many time did your husband come back? She say once because his work don't allow him to take off more than 1 week. RED FLAG!!! Interview doom!!! VO don't believe the marriage is legal! We have wedding and banquet photo, photo together, phone bill, valentine and birthday card I sent her.
The first time I went to China was to get marry. I stay for only 2 weeks! My work allow it because I'm getting marriage. Before the China's trip we been talking on the phone and senting e-mail back and forth.
WHAT SHOULD I DO????? HELP!!!
OPTION 1:
Hire a lawyer in Guangzhou. ($$$$$) <Global Visa Consulting Center, Peter Paget> They say there will arrange a meeting between the VO and me.
OPTION 2:
Wait until the case back to the state (Zzzzz...) and appeal.
OPTION 3:
Do nothing and re-apply I-130 again. < I'm not sure if this is feasible>
I'm leaning toward OPTION 1. What do you guy thinks?
Any feedback is appreciate!
Thank,
Ming

Hi VJ member,
My wife's interview is next (7-2-08)Wednesday @7:15 am. Do she need to bring a copy of I-130 packages and I-129 packages with her to the CR-1 interview?
Thanks,

I'm going to drop the I-129F (K-3) and go with the I-130 (IR-1/CR-1). I don't want to deal with adjustment of status (AOS) down the road. I have questions.
1. How can I stop I-129F from going on? I want to stop I-129F. What is my next step? Do I write or call the National Visa Center to stop I-129F?
2. On the form I-824 Part 2 which box do I check? Box C? or Box D?
Do I must go to the interview with my fiancée?

Yes, you not required to attend it but it will look better for the case if you were with her and also it will make her feel confident during the interview. You can't attend the interview, but you can wait downstairs. I was there for my wife when she went for the interview.
Maybe you should save the vacation for your fiancee's interview!
