    Hi everyone, We received our NOA2 on Dec 7th, and haven't heard anything from NVC. I am from Venezuela, but as we currently don't have a US embassy, I will most likely have my interview in Bogotá. I read on the PDF at the beginning that I will need a P3 letter, Does any one have it for Bogotá? P. S. We still haven't received a case number.. They said that they got our file but the system hasn't been updated yet
