I'd strongly recommend that you call NVC and ask them.

Similar thing happened to my wife's case. I guess they don't have as many cases as before so they have more time to spend on our cases lol :DHow did you know that the consulate has started rescheduling interviews that were cancelled in March/April?

Not really. Only accepting expedited and emergency requests for the time being.
