Wow! AMAZING!!! I'm happy for you.
Did they tell you anything about the overstaying?
Did they give you already your visa?
Thank you! Yes most of the questions were about my overstayed lol took more than an hour because the consul seems like had to ask the other consuls regarding about my situation as I was just looking at them by the window praying it will be positive result. He had to hold me many times to check something in and out of his cubicle 🤷🏻♀️ But then my heart started to beat again when he finally said my passport will deliver with the visa in 2-3wks. ❤️😍 and upon checking my ceac status says issued, 3 hrs after my interview!

It went very good.
They didn't ask me nothing about the overstay even though I mentioned it on DS260. Nor they asked me about my marriage.
Literally I felt like I went there just to drop off the documents.
But my visa is pending because my medical results haven't come out yet.
My passport stayed at the embassy and the visa will be issued as soon as they received my medicals.
Keep calm, everything is going to be alright.
Wow! That’s so great to know. Congrats 😊 I’m happy to see the result.. may I know how long did you overstayed before? And when did you left usa?

Wow! Awesome!
Everything is going to be alright in Jesus name!
Don't forget to schedule your medicals as quickly as possible.
Sometimes it take more than 15 days for the medical results to come in.
Hi! How was your interview?

I have a similar issue. But I was in student visa (F1). My legal status was terminated due to low GPA.
And I have been 2 years and 4 months outside of the United States.
I have CR1 Visa interview in January 20th, 2021.
Some people say the ban doesn't activate for a student even if he is out of status.
I'll let you know how it went.
Omg please let me know thank you! And good luck on your interview 🙏🏻☺️

He everyone! I had my internship wayback 2015-2016 but couldn’t find my ds2019. I’m in process of my CR1 visa at the moment. Where can i get a copy of it, I might need it later? Thanks

Hi everyone! I overstayed my j1 visa for 10 months because I was pregnant and had to born my baby in USA. I went home to my country voluntarily, 3.8 years already. Now I’m in process of CR1 visa will have my interview probably next month. My question is do u guys think I still need a waiver? 212 or 601? Or do u think I will be AP for a long time? I’m very anxious. Thank you! 🙂

No waiver is needed if time outside the US has exceeded the incurred bar to entry.
Hello again! I’ve been reading some informations about after facing the 3 or 10 year bar you still need 212 waiver? Is it correct?

Am I still able to return to the US after 3 years barred without waiver? I was pregnant and waited til i born my baby in the US so overstayed my j1 visa for 10months. Now my husband filed for i130 cr1 visa for me to finally be together again. It’s been 3 years since i left usa and wondering if i need a waiver.

The I 130 asks for the beneficiaries family, that includes your child. And yes, if your child is going to move with you than it would also be a part of the household size in the affidavit of support.
Yes we did put my child’s name in that section of i130 form.. should we file separate petition for him even if he is a us citizen already?

Hello, I am the benificiary and currently living in the Philippines my husband is a us citizen, we just filed i130 online this month. I have a us born child with US passport and US birth certificate with me here in my country and he is not the child of my husband my question is... do we need to include my child in the petition?? Or include him as a dependent of my husband in affidavit of support??
