  1. Hi Guys,

I received a RFE in Nov 2021 and was given time to reply until 31st Jan 2022, I am still working on it . I checked my account and have a notice on top  that USCIS extends the flexibility of replying the response by 60 days after due date. I am adding the link and want to know if i have to reply before my due date or if its fine to reply it after due date. Is here someone who replied after there due date here ?

  2. Hi guys,

As the topic said , Do i have to send divorce decree again with AOS packet (I-485) ? I have provided it at the time of 129f petition and got approved, my wife was married before while I wasn’t.  I haven’t filled anything about my marital history in form i-485 as i was never married before but my wife was. Can someone suggest me what to do on this ?

    Thank you

Hello. Q1 I received the same letter in October, so perhaps we will be called for interview soon, I have to go to Poland. We paid all fees as it is valid for one year. Other questions I can't answer. Was your interview appointment cancelled?

No I got my approval from USCIS in June .. I am waiting for my interview to schedule .. was you appointment cancelled @OlgaA??

Q-1. I read from what you state is that YOU should start collecting your documents and pay the fees and once they resume interviews then they will contact you or you will see the interview scheduling open with dates. Follow the letter. Do as they say and you will move forward.

Q-2 The are not interested in past income only current income. Pay stubs will substantiate the current income.

Q-3 Use whatever paperwork that you have, to support the income.

Don't try and overthink this process. Do what they are asking for and what they instruct you to do. You'll be better for it. Use the P3 letter where everything is outlined what you will need to do, where to go and what to present for documents. Good luck and stay engaged in the process.

Thank You @Greenbaum ..really appreciate your reply...

  5. Hi everyone ,

Firstly thanks to everyone who shared their experiences and opinion every time I posted some thing to get knowledge on my case.

I received my eligibility letter for interview from Warsaw embassy around 3 weeks before. They said to start collecting documents for interview and pay fees but will not provide interview appointment until ban lifted that there are not sure when it`s going to lift. Do I have to pay fees and wait for available appointment or do I have to wait for president proclamation to lift ?

My fiancé works in USPS as rural carrier which she got job this year in Feb after 10 months of gap from her last job so the last year tax returns are not good, as we have to show tax return of last year, is that going to be a problem ?

Also around 3 months before she had an accident on work and got injured in her shoulder, so from last 3 months she is off from duty and is receiving pay checks from United States treasury. Doctor said she cant go back to work until next month and as we have to attach pay stubs with affidavit of support, is checks from US treasury is going to be a problem when consular will check it ?

  6. Hi Guys,

My approved petition moved to NVC and they transfer it after 3 months to US Warsaw embassy(around 3 weeks before) but as per president proclamation (Ban on Schengen countries) consulate is not willing to take interview. I haven`t received any eligibility letter for interview or email which state that I can schedule interview now.  On "Ceac" my status shows ready but when I tried to contact consulate, they said that we cannot issue visa due to ban even if i promise to wait 14 days out of Europe. Is there anyone here who got there interview from Schengen countries ?  Any recommendations apart from wait ?

  7. Hi Guys,

I am a K1 visa applicant got approved from USCIS on 26 june, My case seems stuck at NVC till then, After reading about some other threads i noticed some people are even waiting for longer period than me. I am currently situated in Warsaw Poland and due to Covid-19 it seems mostly embassies and consulates stopped Visa services or limited them upto certain number. While on checking consulate website they are saying they are not sured when will they re-open it. I emailed NVC for my new NVC case number which they emailed me but said we will not forward any K1/737 petition to Warsaw consulate until they will resume services. When i am checking my status it is showing at NVC. Is someone here in Europe got there case forwarded to consulate ? Are they even forwarding K1 case to consulates ?? Are these K Visa categories are allowed to Travel to US these days ?
