Jesus, my husband just called the immigration telephone number… what a bunch of ''babacas''. They also told to him that our 129F and 130 will be approved on the same day…. IN FEBRUARY.

How they can know if will be aprrove the both at the same day?

Has anyone taken the risk of sending Form I-129F AFTER submitting Form I-130 without having first received NOA1 (or had check cashed) for the I-130? If so, what did you include as evidence that you had filed Form I-130? Was your Form 129F accepted?

Give it about a year or so then start complaing about pain. A year is the norm pending you dont have any bumps or ap ####### along the way. Best wishes to you on your journey.
