Wait for approval of the I-129F, it takes at least 3-4 months after approval to interview.
Also this should have been posted to the K-1 or consulate forum, not a adjustment of status question.
Check out the timelines to get an idea how long it takes from NOA2 to interview.

Google DS-230 http://www.google.com/search?q=ds-230
I guess I'm thinking ahead and want everything ready just in case because I don't want my fiancee to be overwelmed with all the paperworks that needs to process knowing the traffic in the philippines and the lines to get the stuff..

When it asked for the Father's information such as names, bday, birthplace and the CITY AND COUNTRY RESIDENCE .. .what if the father passed away.. what do you put under CITY AND COUNTRY RESIDENCE? he passed away in the philippines...
My wife's father has also passed away. she wrote deceased.
Thank you so much....
I know this is a stupid question but I just want to make sure..
Under my information... says Citizenship/Nationality... I just want to make sure I got this right. I wrote FILIPINO.
that's correct right.. I was thinking to put US Citizen/Filipino.. what do you think.

does it have to fill by my Fiancee or I can fill it and she can only sign and date it ?
I didn't know the fiancee in the Philippines needs to sign it? Please confirm.. I was thinking of just filling it out for him. so he doesn't alot on his plate.
You each have to sign your own G325a forms (4 each). You can fill it out for him, but he must sign it.
Where do I sign it? Is it the big box on the bottom?
Sorry I see it now... = )

Or is it best to wait until you get the approval first? Because I know it takes alot of time to get all of the documents such as getting the passport, DS-230, birth certificates, Certificates of NO marriage record and etc... Please help
Thank you
Also where do we get the DS-230 application form?

Small question...How are your pre-paid phone cards "Evidence of having met within the last two years"?
Records of phone conversations will be needed at the interview to prove "ongoing relationship:....they do not prove the stipulation (on the I-129F) of having personally met your fiance(e) within the 2 years prior to filing the application.
-P
so the phone cards is not good enough evidence of the "ongoing relationship" It was charged on my credit card and I have the receipts.. also I have copies of us chatting online with the web cam.. I clicked and pasted it on a word doc and the date and time are there.. i'm sure this one is a good evidence of "ongoign relationship" what do you think?

When they said make a copy should I make two original copies just in case.. Because they did say whatever you send to the USCIS needs to be send to your fiancee abroad..what do you guys think?
-
I have bought so much phone cards and I kept all of them including the receipts. Although most of the time I have used a lan line to call abroad because when I use my cell phone it deducts more minutes. Should I make copies of the receipts of the phone cards and the phone cards itself?

I'm not sure If I should include my philippine Birth Certificate on the K1-visa application? please help
Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary?
If the beneficiary, only if you need it to show name changes.
For the petitioner, you cant use a foreign BC to establish US Citizenship, instead you need to show a copy of your US passport, Certificate of Naturalization, Certificate of Citizenship or BC of a birth abroad.
I am the petitioner. So I have to make copies of my US passport, andCertificate of Naturalization? Both of them?
Just one is necessary, Certificate of Naturalization would probably take less paper. If you choose to use your passport, you need to copy every page of it and it needs to still be valid for 5 more years.
Ok I will just include the Certificate of Naturalization.. Thank you so much..
