  4. Hello Everyone! Thank you so much for all the reply and great advises. We can't wait to file aos need to do it asap as we are expecting and hubby will need to be able to drive me. Stomach is getting bigger and won't be able to drive soon.

As for the sample filled out forms the reason why I said I said it was blank when I click on examples it's because am using my iphone. When i used my laptop then it did show the filled out sample forms.

I love this website and soo happy that i have found it 4 years ago.

    Thank you again everyone! :)

    g325a

    I864

    I485

    I765

    I131

    G1145

Since we waited after 1 1/2 yr to file aos is there any other form(s) we need to fill out. Someone said I130. Is the I130 an additional payment aside from $1070? Becase the I130 it cost $420. Where did it say that we need to also file I-130?

Is it also necessary to file I765 work authorization because it says it's only good for 90 day starting the day you arrive to us and it will expire 90 days.

    Please help. Thank you

  7. Hi guys,

I received a surprise and magic e-mail from the USCIS today... My case has been reaffirmed!!!! finally! Thank YOu God.

    Receipt Number: ***********

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Notice reaffirming approval mailed to you and case sent to the Department of State.

On November 19, 2009, we mailed a notice to you reaffirming the approval of this case and returned the case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

Congrats friend... Happy New Year!!! Hopely lapit na interview mo... don't give up.

  8. Those of you that ask the consulate to pick up your visa, how long did it take for them to call you?

My fiance had ask the officer if he can pick up the visa. The consulate said no problem and gave him a purple slip. His interview was on July 30.. Was wondering how much longer should we wait because his flight is this coming Friday...

Please let me know. Thank you :star:

  9. Thank you everyone!!! We were alittle nervous on the second interview. We knew that the embassy was wrong the whole time and we proved them wrong although it took 1 year and 3 months...We're still thankful. God is really good. Before, we were sooo depressed then later on we were like it will come when it's time.. so this is our time.. We are sooo excited. I hope no one will experience what we went through...If you know you are right about your case please don't stop researchingl. Prove the embassy wrong.... Just be on top of your stuff. Bug them all the time...If they don't respond contact your senator right away. don't waste time....

Before we were alittle intimidated because people say don't be a pest and keep calling the embassy it might get things worst. But since I found this website. I didn't know that it's ok to bug the embassy.. Just soo thankful to have found VJ..

    Big thanks to everyone....
