We're still waiting on my mother's interview to be scheduled for her petition, and it looks like she would be able to travel to the USA under a tourist visa soon as well. I'm just wondering if it will affect our ongoing petition if she went ahead and get married while in the US to another non-US citizen?

I just received the RFE notice yesterday. Oh boy, apparently I signed the form I-128f page 10, but forgot to put the date along with it. Now they just need that said page again properly signed and dated 😅. 

Hopefully y'all double-triple-quadruple check your documents before sending them in.
