Hi just a quick question what kind of tax transcript did you use? 1040? Year 2022 i didnt work so I couldn’t get any transcript but 2021 and 2020 i do have should i request those ?  Thank you in advance if you get to reply on this topic..

My husband came to the US after I petition him k1 visa year 2017 we got married the same year  and I didn’t file I-130/aos right away and now we’re ready will it affect that it took us this long to AOS? I just started working will it be ok to just send my paystubs since I wasn’t able to file last years tax because we didn’t have income? Me and my two son was on  calworks and calfresh during those year will it affect if we file our aos now? Should we just wait until next year so that i have tax returns to show?

yes he came with a K1 visa  I haven't filed the adjustment of status yet what should be the first thing i should do before sending my divorce paper?

My husband is already in the US how can I cancel my petition If I havent filed the Adjustment of status after marriage? I really felt he just used me for the papers thats why he was rushing me to file the adjustment of status and last week i found out his cheating with a friend you might think i'm selfish but I want him removed I did everything to bring him here and he really did that I want him removed from the US can you give me advice if i still have a chance to withdraw and he gets deported?
