Hi guys, So i just finished filling out the AOS forms for my brother. On trying to upload the forms it says only 2MB allowed.

So how do I compress the file to the required size. I'm struggling with it. Can someone assist me please thanks

Check your email! Don't go by the uscis elis, mine still says 'in process'. On June 10 I got an email from the nvc, it looked so ordinary I thought it was fake. Alas, it did have the case and receipt numbers, so it was in fact true. Check your spam and everything. I'm wishing the best for you on this journey!

Thank you I will, we called two weeks ago and they answered that we shouldn't query cuz Nebraska center processing time is 7. 5 to 9 months 💔

I loved Oman, went to Salalah last September for my birthday. It was the last trip I got to take with my husband. Our I 130 took 149 days, but now we are delayed because he is locked out of Kuwait. This Covid is a nightmare, unfortunately you just have to wait and pray that the time goes quickly and that countries will begin to reopen. Best of luck.

My prayers to all of us, me im apart from my husband😢

You meant 149 days then you got transferred to NVC

When everybody tries to expedite, everyone had to wait longer. Limited resources, you know...

We're all/have all been impatient, but give them a chance to get to your file. Take a remote class. Sell the items you don't need. Keep yourself busy, it will be over soon.

I would love to visit Muscat.  On my list for post Covid travels!

Thanks for the advices, I have my job thank god and yes I'm thinking of having a class online.. Muscat and the whole country is amazing but unfortunately we've been under tough restrictions for Covid19 and curfew for 2 weeks now.. Highly recommended to come post Covid19 soon

    You're well within normal timeframes.

You can expedite with a valid reason. Every expedite is discretionary. It generally needs to be a reason that necessitates quick (in immigraiton terms) action.

No. Cases are assigned based on USCIS priorities and internal load balancing. You cannot change the SC by request...everybody would do that.

Maybe by a few seconds to minutes, just to quickly look over their immigration history. The overwhelming majority of the time is sitting in a queue to be assigned and reviewed by the IO. The actual time spent on a single petition, on average, is measured in minutes.

You my sister in law (who's born in USA, unlike my husband) she got married the same day and applied for her husband last February and got her NOA2 in 109 days only, but for us applied at March 20th and now it's 141 days and no notice recieved.. Thats why I got confused why us is taking longer.. But it seems like the queue is long or the Covid19 is affecting the process

  6. Hello all,

I would like to know how can I expedite the USCIS process its been now more than 4 mo ths now (submitted i130a and received NOA1 at 20th Mar 2020) and still got no answer.

And can my husband transfer the filing from Nebraska center to Texas center because it's taking less time??

Last Q also 😊 is there anyone expat at the Sultanate of oman?
