@Stacy was just looking at your timeline and u get your i130 approved within like 2 months. (Sweet) I filed feb 26 for my spouse and step daughter and nothing still. They transferred my daughter to Potomac service center with a longer processing time compare to Texas. I’m so 😩 wish I was on the same thread with you guys

@Jammin19 Good morning, call NVC and tell them all docs have been submitted since X date so you'd like an update as to whether anything is missing or when you may be DQ'd. I got DQ'd by calling them about something unrelated and the Rep said I see you submitted everything I don't know why you haven't been DQ'd, let me email them about this. Next day I was DQ'd. So you can just say something like pls look over my account to ensure I've done everything correctly because it's been a while since I've seen any action and I'm becoming concerned....US Spouse has to call because the hold time is long but they close at midnight Mon-Fri. I heard it's better when you call at night. Good luck.
