No notification yet. Will they need recent PCC now as it's validity might have been over or they might consider 1 year old PCC considering lockdown?
Anyone has telegram link?
They haven’t said anything about that. But to be on the safe side, I think it’s good to obtain another report.

Has anyone received any written notification from Mumbai consulate ? Please share your experience. Was it email or letter ? And did they ask for repeat medical exam ? How about biometrics .

If you find out will you post it here as well. I most definitely will post if I find out. But, if they extend it by a few months would be nice.
Certainly. Will do.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I really hope they can extend the medical for a few more months because so many people are on the same boat and it costs a dime and effort. In the US the medical are valid for 1 year. But for outside visas 6 months. Please do share what you learn about the medical when you learn more. And all the very best. Family separation is another pandemic we all are dealing with and the toll it’s taking on the Us Citizens and their spouses is becoming unbearable !!!
Can you share if they did the X-ray again ? Repeat X-ray in the 2nd round of medical.

My husband didn't make it in time before his medical expired. It expired last week or so. I'm sure he has to take another medical. It can't be expired when you come to the USA. His police certificate is still good for a while. I pray all goes well.
He is aware that he may have to do another medical. That means traveling off again, and it's to complicated in the area in which he lives. I was there and it took a lot to get it done the first time..

they finally posted some updates on IR1/CR1. Not sure how one can reschedule appointments though. -
No word yet. I guess the only good news is that medical exam is extended by 1 month.
-
I think this says with the exception of CR1. So CR1 should open on July 20. Congratulations! Very good news, and thanks for sharing. Gives some hope for other locations.

Any update on Mumbai Consulate for IR1/CR1 interviews ? Anyone whose interviews were cancelled in March please share your experience.
-
Hopefully soon. Thanks for the thread. Fingers crossed.
