This summer my spouse and I will be visiting Canada. My spouse is a green card holder with a pending I-751 and Canadian citizenship/passport. I am a Us citizen. In the past we used the MPC App (mobile passport control) for US Pre-clearance at Toronto Pearson airport no issues… However now that the physical green card is expired and has the I-751 receipt with the 4 year extension when we scan the green card into the MPC it shows expired and we can’t continue in the app. While the I-751 is pending are we NOT able to use the MPC app?

Please let me know if I am reading the I-751 instructions correctly... Based on this section: Only over seas people need to provide passport photos? If I reside INSIDE the USA at time of filing, I DO NOT need to submit passport photos with my filing?
