    I got notified on WhatsApp from uscis helpline about getting help with our case and getting it expidite for a fee is this legi? Our case was DQ in Oct 29,2021 they said they would help us get our interview scheduled now by expidite if we pay a fee our consulate is in ghana

    It seems they are hardly doing any interviews or they are going that slow

    So you would advise against him moving to Turkey then so we wouldn't have issues with our interview

    I guess I don't understand about a penalty, my husband was a student but he also has a residency permit in Ghana which he just renewed

    Our case was DQ in Oct 29 2021 he is a resident in ghana he was a student but has finished his schooling and graduated last year. Sorry I changed our profile country but it didn't seem to change when I wrote my question.

    My husband is looking to move to Turkey from Ghana due to work, would we be able to change our consulate or would he have to travel back to Ghana for his interview.

    I also agree these backlogs are ridiculous they are not moving at the consulates due to covid to me its an excuse I've have not stopped working infact working more hours thru all this and we're still waiting for our interview I think they should have deadlines like we do for when we submit our paperwork.
