My fiance, Ozgur, and I met last summer (2006) while I was in Istanbul with a study abroad summer college class. I have been back to visit him 5 more times since then and even brought my 3 kids to visit last November. We were engaged in January 2007 and began applications for the K1 visa in February. Our interview is scheduled at the Embassy in Ankara on July 5, 2007. I am so nervous and excited!! If anyone has been through the interview process in Ankara, I would be very interested to hear your story of what the interview is like!!
