Thanks. We both have same DLs with same address on them. I just talked with a lease officers put her on the lease also. Hopefully, will be done on Monday -

It was cheaper rent for a individual rather than 2 people's yes

Because, I just forgot to put her name on the lease at the time on move in. We do have joint ac, filing taxes together except lease , we r keeping photos of the home together though. Putting her in lease now, will increase my lease definately

Also, I m preparing to apply myself through uscis account ( will create her ac ) , might take 2 weeks to get things done ( docs etc ) to get going

How to prove marital union proof , we have joint bank statements, but lease is running on my name only though we r living together and paying our rent through our joint ac since april 2025. Bank ac which was initially opened in april 2022 until oct 2024 and currently we restated the same ac as a joint ac since April 2025. We are filing our tax returns jointly since 2022

Good moral character, No felony, no public charge etc , never spend more thann 180 days out of country .

Thanks for it. She got GC stamped at the time of port of entry on March 14th 2022.

Hello Everyone Is this a right time under current administration to apply for my spouse Naturalization , being a spouse of a US citizen. My spouse is eligible under 3 + years one .she entered on IR1 visa. My stepchild had IR2, but my child left the country permanently after she got married overseas. Should I wait or apply for my spouse naturalization. Or wait for 3 years more for the new administration to take over. I hope applying at uscis online is a start forward process. Please help or advice on the issue. We are bit sacred though ..
