We are not going to postpone our plans for now, but will monitor the situation in case we have to. It seems that if we submit soon, and there are no outliers in our case, we should be fine.

First time posting here as we are just getting the process started.

We intend to marry exactly a year from now, and have the I129F form filled out. My fiancé is based in NYC. The USCIS website says that the processing time for the Vermont Processing Center is between 17 and 22 months, whereas in California it is only 5 - 7 months. Should I be concerned about our wedding plans?

Will USCIS send it to CA as it has a much shorter wait time? Or is it going to Vermont as it is the one usually handling cases for New York?
