    Greenbaum is correct. Use can your Command Post address. If you don't know where that is, call the Base Operator, and ask to be connected to the Command Post. Ask them the address. 
     
    For my I-129F, I did not use the Command Post address. I used the mailing address of the building I work out of primarily. It's equally as acceptable.
     
    As far as where you have lived. I'm assuming you have lived in the Barracks/Dorms? You have two options:

    Either use the Building/Room Number of where your barracks/dorms were. OR, call the Base Operator at your last base where you lived, and ask to be connected to that base's Command Post. Ask for the Command Post address there. This would include Basic Training, your Tech School, etc. 
     
    When you asked if you should put your military branch HQ: That would be located in the Pentagon in Washington DC; so the answer is absolutely not.
