I am frontline worker and was under a lot of stress working full time raising two kids alone  with my husband still waiting for his visa interview. I asked for expedite was denied. You can try but I doubt it will work. Just like the others said on here it is the other way around. Not the petitioner.

Hi Paul, thx for the info above. You seem to Have a lots of helpful informations. Any idea when the embassies will star scheduling spousal visa interview??  Mine is at NVC center with everything completed but no interview date. I have asked for expedite as I have valid reason but they said due to the closer of they embassy that can’t do it. I am just stuck and waiting of course like everyone else but it’s even worse when you have urgent situations. 

Does anyone have any idea when will the embassies start scheduling spousal interview?? I know some countries have already started scheduling interviews. But not mine unfortunately. Does this proclamation has something to do with the closer of the embassies. Sorry I am just so confused and frustrated.

Does anyone know if this ban includes  CR-1/CR2?? I am worried my husband is residing overseas waiting for embassy to reopen. I am a US citizen.

Does anyone know how long it takes to process the AOS fee online. I submitted a payment same time for IV and AOS. IV got processed a couple of days after but  not AOS. It’s has been a week now since I paid the fee. How long does it take to get processed. Is normal to take this long or is there something wrong with the process??
