I received another NOA today dated 07/01 is weird because I didn’t expect it. Even I did not made other non delivery inquiry.

I think they know the mistake about NOA and they are sending all filers.

Notice date is: 06/29/20 when they reply to senator office.
Definitely is not the initial NOA, for the notice date.. (I believe they never printed one).

But my NOA looks Original is printed in hard paper 2/2 pages (I-797). 
Not looks like a copy..

Finally I have my NOA

Timeline (Potomac Service YSC):

05/05/20 case was received 

05/11/20 check was cashed

06/05/20 made online inquiry and email to lockbox support

06/05 to 06/17 tons emails to lockbox support (NO answer at all)

06/10 online inquiry was assigned to an officer

06/16 online inquiry was answered “I have to email lockbox support “

06/22 contacted senator office they put inquiry to potomac service about my case on 06/23.

06/29 senator office got answer from potomac service I should receive my NOA within 30 days.

07/07 NOA arrived

No fingerprints applied to my case yet.

Got my NOA through senator office..

You are using wrong tool that is for document, you should use non- delivery of notice. On the question what notice was not received? Just put other

For those who are waiting answer from lockbox support is waste of time. I’m 53+ days without NOA they never reply my emails.. the only tool is working is non-delivery inquiry uscis website (just for some service centers like Texas service) No Potomac they reply to me (send email to lockbox) *cry

I read 2 filers from april got answer from email lockbox support the answer was “we do not send NOA.. please contact your service center” really??

I’m currently waiting reply for my inquiry using senator office (the only way potomac filers are receiving their NOA) I read 3 already got their NOA only using this way.

Its our right have receipt we already paid for submitted form...

We need our receipt for records, work, travel, renew DL etc..

I’m getting tired of this

You have to wait once non delivery notice has been answered.

Just for an idea I did non delivery request 06/05 on 06/10 was assigned an officer and got answered on 06/16 

took 11 days the process

Hopefully they can send your NOA and you not need call or contact senator

I truly believe it depends of service center.
Because my service center (Potomac) are no sending NOA using Non delivery of notice request 😭
