  1. hi,i got a letter said that i am registerd,i didnt register but they did, i was a lil worry but after searching and what my wife told me,i felt ok,as i read all males from 18 to 25 must register, even aliens even illigales, and if u dont ,u r in a trouble also u cant get the citizenship as in that time they will ask about the selective sevice number and if u need loans to study or if u want to work in a government job.go to selective service system site u will find infos.

  2. thank you guys for ur time to answer, yes Crikey you are so right in that ,that what my wife told me too, just i think i worry much about the future.Dan,i dont have any supplement or record.Malla i am in mesa, and about transcribe vaccination supplement , i think as i read here it doesnt cost more than 30 dollars ,so that indian dr maybe thought that your fiancee need a new medical test.best luck for u all

  3. i m going to file for the AOS and like i wrote in here days ago, when i didn the medical exam and vaccinations, the dr office in morocco didnt tell me anything about getting copies.they said nothing, after exam and vaccination and lungs scan,i left,at that time i thought that i had just to do the exam 2 weeks before the interview in the US consulate.so no record or copy was given to me, which means i am in a big problem now.i wrote a letter to whom it may concern saying none gave me a copy ,it was not my fault.if i will get a RFe ,how much money a surgeon ask ? ,and do anyone in here had an experience with a mesa or tempe or chandler (in arizona) surgeon ?

    thanks alot

  4. hi,i got my visa in july and the medical test was 2 weeks before the interview.i chose the dr ,Khadija zirari, she was a real bad one, they told us to bring 1100 and ended up 200 dh more, when a guy there asked she told him ,to do one shot u have to pay 100 dh,just to stick the thing in ur arm is 100 dh ,anyway none in the dr office mention or said something about the medical and vaccination copy, the girl behind the office was bad too and nervous, when i called to get an appointment she told me the date and how much money to bring she didnt say anything about photos, till i went there after 9 hours by bus and then she said ,''where are the photos?'' i told her u didnt say anything about photos, then she told me to go take ones and come back.now ii need a vaccination copy for applying for the AOS ,i dont know what to do,i am thinking to send a fax ask the dr office to send me a copy, but i doubt someone will care to answer.i think to file the AOS and wait for a RFeE and then go pay hundreds for a new exam  . my advice ask for a the medical test copy and dont move from the office till they give it or promise to send it to u.my other advice that dr and her office is really sucks.

  5. hi , i'm still filling the AOS forms, in I-864 PART 6 : 24 - b :''income you are using from any other person'' .my joint sponsor wrote : NONE

So in the question e : the person listed above ........... does not need to complete Form I-864A

    1) my question is do i have to write my name , as i am the intending immigrant.i am asking as i thought they are talking about the person named in b .

    2) for the I-485 we have to send : -Copy of the non US Citizen Spouses Passport (biographical page as well as entry stamps).

-Copy of the non US Citizen Spouses K-1 or K-3 Visa from Passport

-Copy of the non US Citizen Spouses valid I-94 (front and back copies)

do we have to send other copies of them with the I-765 and other for I-131 ? or just the 3 copies i wrote above are good with the whole file?.

    thank you

  6. Tom, we still have not filled in the I-864 forms yet, just reading here made me think ,do we need a I-864A too? my in laws live in their own and i live with my wife, their daughter.i wanted to know what the I-864A is for.

and my apologies, the reply form earlier was actually aimed at the original poster, rather than at you - user error! :)

no need to apologize, thank you for ur time and answer

  7. hi, we r going to file the AOS ( inchaallah) ,but i dont have the medical test record or any copy ,just the '' chest scan'' paper that has my photo and some infos and a scan photo of my lungs.Did ur husbands or fiances got medical record from the drs in casablanca? do any of you have same as my problem? thanks

  8. yes i had a medical test, when the consulate sent the interview email,to say the date of my interview they gave 3 names and addresses of doctors,i chose one ,i called and made an appointment and i went there 2 weeks before the consulate interview, like the consulate eamil said, i had vaccinations at the dr office and then she sent me to a laboratory so they get some blood for the test, then dr sent me again to a place for chest scan (it is the only thing i have with me now as they gave it back to me in the consulate).the dr office sent the medical test to the consulate, but none gave me a copy.the dr office was full of people who were applying for US visa.so i dont know what to do,when i will apply i will go ahead and send a letter with the all the AOS file saying that they didnt give me a record.if i will get a RFE i will go have tests again :(
