Hello Family Good News is here... I contacted my attorney's office and they took a whole day to find my GC in their mail finally, I got a call back saying that they had my GC in the office. I picked up my GC and felt so Relaxed... What a relief, can't explain it in words... Thanks Family

1. Card was supposed to go to my attorney but she didn’t receive it yet. 2. Case status didn’t update with usps tracking information. 3. Already called my attorney today and asked her to check if she has received it or not. 4. If not I will ask my attorney to submit e-request with Uscis for them to send new card.

Hello Family As I already shared the status of my GC after I360 approval. GC Timeline is as given below 1. March 08, 2024 => We ordered your new card. 2. March 13, 2024 => We approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. 3. March 23rd, 2024 => Card Was Mailed To Me. But after that there is no update from USCIS. The current status is given below. Card Was Mailed To Me On March 23, 2024, we mailed your new card for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number ABC1234567810, to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your card by April 7, 2024, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. As of today April 8th, 2024, I did not receive my Green Card and there is no update on the status. What should I do? Should I ask my attorney to submit the request or I can submit the request by myself? how long it will take after submitting the request? Help is requested at this time.

Congratulations Priya for I360 approval. It's takes times and rest depends on your field office and the work load they have. Mine got approved August 2023 and on March 2024 they approved I485. did they ask you for medical?

Let's see how long it takes for USCIS to mail the Green Card. I am waiting for it eagerly. Hope they mail it out soon.

Green Card was produced on March 8th, 2024 and on March 12th, 2024 Case was approved. But since than no update.

Hi Family On March 12th, 2024 USCIS approved my I485 but since than there is no changes. I didn't even receive approval notice. Any idea, after approval of I485 how long USCIS sends your GC.

That could happen as you mentioned. Rest depends on the officer who has your file.

If you don't have attorney involved, please write a letter to USCIS, or get help from your congress person.

First of all, Congratulations... I have seen people didn't receive their approval notice in mail for more than 3 months... can you confirm if you have received your work authorization under category C31?

Finally, today my GC got approved. What a relax ☺️ thanks all family members here for supporting and guiding me on every step.

Hi at this time you have to wait until USCIS gets back to you. My assumption is that with in 3 months you will received RFe for medical. mine is same case and I received RFe for medical and response was submitted and now waiting for USCiS to approve my GC
