Not directed to you but it’s really frustrating that they still send RFEs when you’ve already provided a bunch of evidence. They want the same evidence but in a different way? It’s so needlessly picky.
Haha yeah, it’s rough, especially after waiting 7 months only for them to say they need more 🥺. Gotta respect the process though. Best of luck to you!

Hi Everyone,
I finally got our RFE letter in our mail. Looks like they need more evidence of us visiting each other in the last two years. We have plenty of evidence including hotel reservations, flight confirmations, and of course passport stamps. I noticed a lot of people provide original copies of boarding passes? I don't think I've used a real boarding pass in years (digital boarding passes ftw! or not really in this case -_-) and even if I did I usually throw them away. lol (clearly not sentimental). Has anyone else provided proof of flight reservations and gotten their RFE's approved? Otherwise, do you think a passport stamps and hotel reservations would suffice?
Thanks in advance!

Hey Everyone!
So glad to see everyone getting their NOA2s. I randomly checked my UCIS case status just now and it looks like they sent an RFE. Hopefully we can get them the RFE documents as soon as possible so that we can get the NOA2 as well. Will update my timeline as well for reference.
Have a nice week.

Hi!
Found this forum after googling tons of things on the fiance visa. This forum has been a helpful source. Never posted because I can usually find answers to my questions by scouring these forums! lol. I made an account after sending all of our documents and receiving our NOA1 on April 17. I am seeing the wait for an NOA2 is about 3-6 months so just patiently waiting for that coveted NOA2.
