    Letter of compliance from Buick/GM that the vehicle meets US Federal safety standards and EPA requirements... Also take a look at the inside driver door jam, should have Transport Canada plaque and potentially a US Federal safety plaque. EPA may be there too or on the underside of the Hood! Anyways Buick or GM Canada should be able to provide this letter
