Well Congratulations! Did they send you a text or did you look at your account? What time did the text come in?
Thanks! They actually emailed me. So, I have received both (Notification from tracking app and an email from USCIS), and it came just 5 mins before I wrote my post here.

I have been checking these days, but no update for my case. I hope this will be a good sign for all of us.

Yes this is true! I hope so. I’ll update the timeline once I get the notice so all fellow EAC filers have some info about this!
Sure thanks! I just saw your timeline, we have similar timeline. I hope I would receive a case update soon 😆

Hi everyone. I recently received a case update saying my case was transfered to another office for processing and that a transfer notice in the mail will follow. Any idea what this means? My case is originally at Vermont Service Center (EAC).
I think this is a good news. If you check out timeline, those who got their cases approved have been transfered.
I hope it means it is our EAC filers turn now (To be transferred) haha! 🤞

Oh apparently someone (From SRC) in our group just got approved for the I-751, I hope our applications will also have kind of updates soon 🙏

Here is the link to the list of questions received by USCIS during their webinar about I-751 held on October 7:
Among all the question, I found this is the most useful answer:

I need to add another row so that I can update the informations. because my initial thought was that my and my k2 petition will be process on the same timeline as it was for the AOS. it is not the case. We received K2 fingerprint waiver roughly 2 weeks after we filed. It is now, 2 months after that I receive my fingerprint appointment.
Oh okay okay I hope you have access to the google sheet now

That’s so weird, I wonder what happened. But hey, at least there’s another one, so thank you to whoever created it! I just filled out my data again.
Yes, I created the original one from September. Then I shared this one to the OP (Original Poster) of this thread. However, apparently someone else also copied my model (The one that has been removed), so this was not being used haha. 🤣

Yes really weird, I thought something is wrong with Google. But apparently someone did this😐

It seems to me that someone has removed the google sheet entirely 😔
However, there is still another version that people can use, but everybody have to fill out the data again unfortunately, and I think it is almost not possible to find the old one back

Was being curious trying to check 100 near by cases of mine using the USCIS tracker. And I just found a case that was processed the same day as mine (From the fact that it starts also with EAC20901XXXX), was already approved and card mailed out 🤔😅
USCIS is really unpredictable lol.🤣

i am just wondering because i have not heard of cases with 2 interviews. Most either have a AOS interview or ROC interview, right? A friend couple of ours got their interview cancelled at last minute and we assume they might just skip them for now and have a ROC interview later on. At least that is what i have read in VJ and other similar pages
That is also what I have heard. But I am not really sure in this case neither. You would get a better chance asking if you go to a thread for last year probably. We are still at the beginning of this potential tedious journey haha

Our original was a K-1, but we did AOS and had an interview. Does this mean if we get assigned MSC we will get a second interview (or interview for ROC)?
Hmmm it is most likely that you will be assigned to MSC (At least from the data we have). However, I cannot say for sure if you would have an interview or not.
Only that USCIS had hold a conference online in which it says that most applications that need interview are forwarded to MSC for process.

We send the ROC package to Phoenix, AZ, but which center is going to process our application. Is that randomly or state specific? Thanks
It is mostly based on where you live. But also from what we have seen in September, a lot of K1 visa holder's cases are being transferred to MSC regardless of their state of residence (most likely means they gonna get an interview)

And also the case you attached here only pertains to Hb1..etc which is totally irrelevant to our petition.
Since everybody in this post, and those in October post sent the same fee. So there are only two possibilities: Eithet USCIS is wrong or you are wrong.
Since you assert that you sent the correct amount, then for sure here it is USCIS fault. So now I think you can send a new petition as Bob has said, and maybe meanwhile ask what happened to the case you sent to Texas (Destroyed? Returned? etc)

But actually it applies to everybody. If you check the USCIS website, they stop talking about the fee increase.
The fee increase suppose to be in effect early October, so no matter if what he said is wrong or right (Actually it is right), you can see clearly it is always the same $595+$85. You can also check this post:
Everybody in October sent their documents with the original fee (Not increased fee). It is true that USCIS is weird about how they deal with your case, but there is no need to doubt the fact that the fee didn't increase and it is their fault how they reject you. (But also, you never mentioned how much fee they request you to send on the receipt. So it is hard to say)

This is so confusing because when I checked everyday our case status online using the receipt number with Notice date September 14, 2020 it says in teh update that "My Petition was rejected for INCORRECT FEE" they also provided a copy of the new fees for all petition so we immediately sent back our petition with the correct fee with the previous address we used on the 1st filing.
If your presumption that we sent it in the wrong old address we sent it via overnight UPS Service they should not accepted it and return it to us but according to UOS Tracking somebody received in the name of Mr. Robinsons.
So usually the person who receives it, is only responsible of receving it. They won't know until it actually goes into the office and that the personel start to check the content. That is when they will reject your document and say that you send the wrong address. But they would receive anything you send, even if you send N-400 to there. They won't refuse to accept it when UPS or whatever delivers it. (But doesn't mean your documents gets accepted into the system).
Even if someone send an application to the wrong address, they do have to enter the info into the system and issue a notice that the application is returned. They don't simply turn it down at the door
But yes I agree with you that it is really weird that they say the fee is incorrect. What is the new fee they ask you to send?

You are not alone, most likely your case will be transferred to National Benefits Center. That can potentially mean that you might have an interview in the future
